Our client’s request:
An automobile manufacturer needed to send notices to thousands of customers across the nation. They could not be done in one mass mailing, however, as the notifications had to be timed to coordinate with when the service centers in each area were ready to provide repairs.

Our Solution:
Image Solutions developed a segmented mailing plan based on customers’ proximity to service centers ready to provide repairs. We created a PDF state map divided into zones and allocated mailing records based on service center locations. A controlled release mailing minimized the impact on repair capabilities for each location. As a result customers were directed to the correct store that was well equipped to handle their needs, increasing the likelihood of a favorable experience.

Guaranteed Accuracy

Our client’s request:
A new client needed to send a multi-page, personalized mass mailing to customers and expressed concern about the potential for names not matching throughout the document.

Our Solution:
Took an approach that didn’t require camera matching.  To guarantee a 100 percent name match, Image Solutions designed the letters to fit on a single sheet of paper, sometimes as large as 18” x 28”. We laser printed it as one piece and then in lettershop, folded, cut, trimmed and inserted the multi-page document as a single nested unit. This innovation eliminated less reliable inserting procedures (manual checks) and ensured a match between components. It also minimized the mail cost for our client.

Multi-level Reports

Our client’s request:
Our client required accurate, detailed information provided to several levels of management prior to mailing so that the managers could best prepare and monitor service levels.

Our Solution:
We prepared extensive reports based on mail data and provided them to Area, District and Store managers in advance to advise them in detail of upcoming mailings. We gave them online and hard copy access. As a result, they were able to adjust staffing levels and order necessary parts to best accommodate increased customer traffic.

Our client’s request:
Cold call from client for one million personalized mail pieces in a single mail drop ASAP.

Our Solution:
We engaged our full resources in a concerted effort to produce data, copy, forms design, envelopes, proofing for forms and envelopes, data processing, postal processing, variable laser proofs, insert proofs, press production of forms and envelopes, laser imaging, folding, inserting, sealing and turning over to USPS. We immediately followed up by posting reports and audits.  Project completed, entire mailing of 1 million records, in 5 calendar days from date of initial phone call.

Our client’s request:
Our client needed staged mailings – with variable data specific to each customer – in conjunction with their customer service staffing.

Our Solution:
Since our client was unable to handle 16 million customer service calls per day, we intelligently spread out the mailing over time to match their resources. As our client’s resources increased or decreased, we were able to accelerate or decelerate mailings.

Multi-Channel Outreach

Our clients challenge:
Automotive manufacture alerted to a parts failure issue on specific model vehicles. Vehicles were under warranty. Based on timeliness of repair, cost would either be $35 for a software update or $6,000 for replacement. Due to estimated failure rate total cost could exceed 40 million dollars. Image Solutions was tasked with getting customers in for repairs as quickly as possible.

Our Solution:
Processed client’s database through focused analytics program. Based on demographics and other details the database was segmented into groups most likely to respond to specific messaging profiles and contact platforms such as Email, social media and direct mail. Implemented a 90 day campaign. In contrast to efforts of similar scope done in the past, completion results improved by more than 10% and significantly under budget when compared to traditional methods.
