From the very simple, to the most complex design and programming requirements, Image Solutions has both the tools and the personnel to do the job.

DATA INPUT

Image Solutions can accept data in just about any form or format the customer can provide. The key is that we don¹t require the client to do anything unique or special. We will fit in "their box". We can accept data on-line via FTP or modem, or as physical media: reel tape, 3480/3490 cartridges, DLT cartridges, 4mm or 8mm tape, Zip disk, Jazz disk, floppy disk, CD-ROM, scanable forms, etc.

In a single process we can send to the laser printers, post to the Internet and write to a CD-ROM.

Your data can be presented online, via a secure link, for administration or client access. The document is viewable in exactly the same format as the mail piece.

While others may put some kind of index only on the CD, we actually put a mini database manager on so that the disc is searchable by multiple criteria such as account number, first name or last name or any part of the name, zip code, social security number, etc. The viewing template or templates that represent the electronic form or forms is also on the CD so there is never any future incompatibility problem.
